We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at Infinite Aged Care. This role will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the total care of each resident, including their physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They will have the autonomy to make decisions and enjoy the support of our personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, providing leadership to others and promoting a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
About You- You must have strong communication skills and a commitment to resident wellbeing.
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree is required, along with AHPRA Registration with no restrictions.
- You will also need to possess a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or be able to obtain one) and be a positive team colleague who shows initiative and delivers quality work.
