Are you looking to build a successful mortgage broking business with a leading brand in the industry? Aussie is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as retail mortgage brokers.

As a retail mortgage broker with Aussie, you will be responsible for managing phone, online, and walk-in enquiries, assisting leads provided by Aussie, and connecting with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks. You will also provide lending advice to customers and guide them through the home loan application process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided. You will also need to have a strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business and an ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Aussie offers a highly sought-after position in a thriving retail store with strong enquiry volume and high foot traffic. You will have unlimited earning potential in a self-employed, commission-based role, where you'll be paid commissions on each loan you settle. You will also receive close support from your franchisee in-store, plus regular training and development opportunities provided by Aussie.

Our industry-leading Graduate Program will have you in front of customers and lodging deals in your second week. You will also have access to our #1 home loan platform in the industry, which significantly reduces unnecessary admin and speeds up the home loan application process, helping you lodge deals up to four times faster than your competitors.

Customer leads will be provided to help you build your client pipeline. You will also have frequent opportunities to learn from some of the most successful players in the industry, with a network of over 1000 brokers.
