Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in the delivery of civil infrastructure and building maintenance services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage contracts and tenders for infrastructure projects
  • Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff on the Community Plan
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and determination to lead a team
  • Ability to lead, supervise and develop a team
  • High level demonstrated experience in contractor management and contract administration
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, with the ability to efficiently analyse data and undertake research to make decisions
