Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead our power team in the design and delivery of high-voltage substations. As a primary engineer, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in the design and delivery of HV/EHV substations. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of high-voltage substation projects from feasibility to completion
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers to ensure their growth and development
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to deliver timely and accurate documentation and reports
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong background in the design and delivery of HV/EHV substations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
