Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to sales targets and improve customer satisfaction through effective product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Valid work authorization for Australia.
  • Able to commute or relocate to Hawthorn VIC 3122 before starting work.
