About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Site Administrator to join our team in Katherine. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation, efficiency, and compliance of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including the review, collation, and filing of essential documentation.
  • Maintain and update the Induction Register and conduct site inductions.
  • Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, supporting cost tracking and project efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly project documentation, including Toolbox Talks, WH&S Audits, and Monthly HS&E Performance Reports.
  • Maintain site office facilities and amenities, ensuring all equipment and supplies are functional and adequately stocked.
  • Support the site management team in maintaining project timelines and compliance with project standards.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that aligns with our company values.
  • Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, promoting positive relationships and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications and administrative systems.
  • Desirable: Training in first aid and emergency response.
