About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Nova Systems. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using modern languages, frameworks, and database technologies.
  • Lead the design and delivery of software projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to develop and improve our software development offering.
  • Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and code reviews.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including requirements backlogs, user interface prototypes, and software specifications.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to confirm detailed requirements and provide technical pre-sales support.
  • Contribute to initiatives to standardize our software development approach and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior software engineering role, leading multiple developers.
  • A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Advanced full stack software development and coding skills using modern languages, frameworks, and database technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing cloud-first solutions leveraging contemporary cloud platform approaches.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology, including requirements analysis, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release.
  • Proven ability to work with scripting languages to customize applications and automate processes.
