Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised therapy for children and young people with disabilities and brain injuries, delivering high-quality interventions that address their unique needs.
  • Develop skills as a clinical supervisor, with opportunities for mentoring, co-treatment, and one-on-one supervision to help shape the next generation of therapists.
  • Engage in regular coaching and training, report writing feedback, and professional development activities to enhance clinical expertise.
  • Participate in our comprehensive learning and development program, which includes access to in-house training modules and a range of CEU-accredited courses.
  • Completion of performance appraisals and development plans in line with the competency framework, providing your supervisees with clinical direction and skill development.
