Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned legal expert to provide strategic counsel on complex transactions.

This role will be part of a dynamic and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a real estate lawyer with expertise in corporate leasing and construction arrangements, you will primarily focus on office and retail leasing, construction agreements and commercial matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of real estate and construction contracts including agreements for lease, commercial leases, surrender deeds, services agreements, construction agreements and work orders.
  • Providing advisory services on real estate and construction matters.
  • Advising on emerging technologies such as natural language systems and generative AI, will be highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 4 years' PQE either as an in-house lawyer or in top-tier law firm in the real estate or construction team.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate and construction contracts.
