Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and implementing a CRM and Partner Management System tailored to the Citrix sales business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Buildding and implementing a CRM and Partner Management System
- Working closely with the Dicker Data IT team to ensure system integration and alignment with business processes
- Developing reports and dashboards to provide insights into Citrix sales performance, partner contracts, deal registrations, and leads
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst and working with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
