Conduct Surveys and Interviews with Neutrality

Roy Morgan Research is seeking a Field Research Officer to conduct surveys and interviews with the public in a professional and accurate manner. As a Field Research Officer, you will engage with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, asking questions and gathering respondent responses with neutrality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone interviews with respondents in a professional and accurate manner
  • Achieve target response rates and data integrity scores
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Have market research interviewing experience or equivalent interviewing/customer engagement experience
  • Be professional, have a high level of integrity, and possess mature social skills
  • Be able to commit to minimum 3 shifts per week
  • Have good computer and technical skills, including standard web and Google Chrome
  • Be able to work from home on a Mac/Windows PC/Laptop with a reliable computer and internet connection
  • Have fluent and professional English language skills (both spoken and written)
