Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading/unloading of interstate linehaul, adhering to Mass Management and Load Restraint Guidelines.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and reliability. Our team takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and we expect the same level of commitment from our team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Safely load and unload vehicles using a forklift
  • - Verify and document consignments, weights, and dangerous goods compatibility
  • - Arrange efficient and effective loading/unloading of local PUD fleet
  • - Follow best-practice processes for compliance and improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • - At least 2 years' experience in warehouse logistics or a related field
  • - Sound knowledge of Mass Management and Weight Distribution principles
  • - Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • - Familiarity with hand-held scanning equipment
  • - Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Handling procedures
