Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with the delivery team regarding inbound and outbound stock, organizing and booking couriers for shipments, data entry, and updating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking in stock and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with the delivery team regarding inbound and outbound stock
  • Organizing and booking couriers for shipments
  • Data entry and updating systems
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Assisting the warehouse team with duties when needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role (ideally warehousing)
  • PC literate with strong computer skills
  • Forklift license ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a warehouse setting
  • Sound understanding of manufacturing environments
  • Recent National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
