Pharmacy Technician Role

 

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacy technician to join our team. As a pharmacy technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the provision and management of stock within the pharmacy store, dispensaries and wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the management of stock within the pharmacy store, dispensaries and wards.
  • Assist clinical pharmacists in providing ward services.
  • Participate in manufacturing roles, including sterile, non-sterile and cytotoxic processes.
  • Assist with the dispensing of prescriptions and medication orders.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Hospital Health Services/Pharmacy Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed computer literacy skills.
