About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at JRM Hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly.
  • Previous experience in a corporate or barista setting is highly regarded.
