Job Title: Licenced Pest Control Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licenced Pest Control Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pest control solutions to our residential clients in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and execute pest control treatments using a range of methods and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including treatment plans, client interactions, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence.
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
  • Termite Licence.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
