Poised for growth the team are seeking like-minded property professionals with experience in retail sales and/or leasing, to join them.

With access to our industry leading technology and an established knowledge base, you will have the opportunity to work with leading clients at a local, national and international level on properties ranging from neighbourhood to sub-regional, CBD and the rapidly growing Large Format Retail sector.

In addition to the responsibilities as a leasing or sales agent, our Retail Agency team members are responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Providing strategic advice to clients
  • Developing and fostering a strong market presence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a current WA real estate and driver's license.

Professionally presented, you will be client focused, solution oriented, and like to have fun at work. Your strong collaborative drive and passion for this dynamic industry will set you apart from other applicants.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A thorough understanding of industry legislation and current market trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Your Remuneration Package

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In recognition of your valuable contribution, you will be provided with development opportunities and an attractive remuneration structure that will reward you for your efforts.
