Our centre provides high-quality early education and care for children aged six weeks to five years in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment. We create play-based, age-appropriate learning experiences that build communication skills, confidence, creativity, and a love of learning through our exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum.

The successful applicant will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, a current Working with Children's Check, and a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and financial targets are met.
  • Develop lasting connections with the local community through partnerships with families and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy of the service.
