About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our Civil Asset Maintenance team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our team carries out a varied range of operational and capital works within our road reserve, waterways, and reserves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategies to maintain Council's civil infrastructure at the highest service standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of the infrastructure asset improvement programs.
  • Liaise with customers and the community as required.
  • Manage contractors and ensure high-quality work is delivered.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification or Certificate IV in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the application of skills in all aspects of the job.
  • Solid knowledge of application of skills in complex areas of the job.
  • Demonstrated communication skills when responding to internal and external customers.
  • Current class 'C' driver's licence.
