- Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are fully stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve goals and objectives
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
