About the Role:

Syneos Health is seeking a skilled Biostatistician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing statistical support across all assigned tasks during the lifecycle of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans (SAPs), including programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of high-quality work and provide independent review of project deliverables.
  • Conduct verification and quality control of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency with analysis described in SAP and specifications.
  • Implement company objectives and develop alternative solutions to address business challenges.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in biostatistics or related field.
  • Moderate experience in clinical trials or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
