Geomatics Support Role

This role involves providing technical support to the survey and inspection team. As a senior geomatics surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of geomatics data and supporting the project teams in their use of this data.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on geomatics principles and software
  • Support the project teams in the collection, processing, and interpretation of geomatics data
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of geomatics data
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of geomatics services

Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in marine sciences, such as geoscience or hydrographic surveying
  • Experience in reporting and analysis
  • Document and data management experience
  • Client, contractor, and supplier liaison
  • Good understanding of industry guidelines and specifications
  • Thorough understanding of survey and geomatics principles
