Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the Role
Beacon Lighting is seeking a skilled Customer Service and Sales Assistant to join their team at the Fountain Gate store.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding the Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
- Promote and expand Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a customer service environment, strong communication skills, and a genuine ability to connect with customers. You will possess a strong attention to detail and an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job.
