Role Summary:
We are in search of a driven and skilled ERP Implementation Leader to become part of a vibrant team located in the central business district. In this capacity, you will take charge of the deployment and administration of ERP systems, ensuring that initiatives are completed within set timelines and align with organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct comprehensive ERP deployment initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, and oversight.
  • Engage with stakeholders to establish project parameters, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Create thorough project schedules, timelines, and financial plans.
  • Oversee project assets, including internal personnel and external service providers.
  • Recognize potential risks and challenges, and devise strategies for mitigation.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project duration.
  • Conduct regular project update meetings and generate progress documentation.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for end-users.
  • Continuously evaluate project success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an ERP Implementation Leader, ideally within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong grasp of ERP systems and their deployment methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and adhere to deadlines.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
