We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide care and support that enhances the wellbeing of our elderly residents, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a fulfilling career.

As a Care Companion, you will work within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for their customers. They will also be customer-centric, passionate about delivering real care to residents, and available to work night shifts across a 7-day roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Full vaccination for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)

Benefits:

  • $27.17 per hour base plus super, plus any penalties
