We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Domestic Care Specialist. This role involves providing support and assistance to older Australians, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Help older individuals maintain their independence by performing domestic duties with care and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and support in clients' homes.
- Contribute to a positive, values-based culture that prioritizes client well-being.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities to meet the needs of clients and the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (we will organise at no cost).
- The right to work in Australia.
- Experience in aged care or disability is desirable but not essential.
