Mater Misericordiae Ltd, a leading healthcare service provider in Queensland, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Mater Rockhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food to our customers while meeting tasks and deadlines.

This key role involves working under the guidance of the Head Chef to prepare and cook main meals, desserts, and vegetables as per recipes and daily production schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing traditional and Kettle food preparation, cooking, and chilling of products as per daily production requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a TAFE qualified Catering/Cooking certificate or equivalent, knowledge of Cook/Chill processes, and demonstrated experience in bulk food preparation, including vegetable and dessert cooking.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $34-$35 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:
