AI and Machine Learning Solutions Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to develop data-driven AI and ML solutions that drive business value. As a key member of our Data & Analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge models tailored to solve complex problems in a timely manner.

  • Evaluate the performance, stability, and scalability of developed models, ensuring they meet strict business standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to deploy models on cloud platforms, guaranteeing seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Leverage dbt (Data Build Tool) to create reusable features for the data and analytics community, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing AI and machine learning solutions to deliver tangible business benefits.
  2. Developing and deploying scalable and stable models using industry-leading technologies.
  3. Participating in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of model performance and optimization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, including model development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and machine learning model development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into actionable data science solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Big Query, Vertex AI etc.), and dbt is a plus.

This is a hybrid role that can be done from multiple locations, with 2 days in the office per week, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for growth and development.
