The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $93,295 - $102,941 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Job Description

As a Senior Client Service and Community Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in providing a broad range of applicant, tenancy, and property management services and advice to clients with complex support needs. You will advocate on behalf of clients and other stakeholders across various access and tenancy service streams, while coaching and supporting team members to optimize business and service outcomes.

You will manage relationships, partnerships, and networks between communities and the Department to improve communication and access to services for clients, promoting sustainable tenancies within social housing and the private rental market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and within a team, managing competing demands and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and government agencies.
  • A commitment to teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on client service and empathy.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume customer-centric environment, with solid influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information through reports and presentations.
