We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management portfolio in Tasmania, reporting directly to the Senior Regional Sales Manager.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you leverage your high degree of commercial acumen to drive business growth, promote Medtronic's innovative Cardiac Rhythm management products, and provide exceptional clinical service to customers across the assigned territory hospital network.

You will work closely with our team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, executing effective sales and service strategies, and providing highest level of clinical service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm management products and services across the assigned territory hospital network.
  • Develop or strengthen relationships with clinical stakeholders and execute effective sales and service strategies to achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance clinical, technical, and sales knowledge to achieve sales and territory management learning goals.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to execute on business plans.
  • Build awareness and establish relationships with key influencers, hospital stakeholders, and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in nursing, general science, business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in cardiac implantable device sales or a clinical setting, including account planning, territory management, and forecasting.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
