Role Overview

Civil Engineer Role in Defence Sector

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in the Defence sector, providing expertise in stormwater drainage, earthworks and road/pavement design across Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management and coordination of multidisciplinary defence civil projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop a culture of outstanding delivery within the team by implementing efficient workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to young team members on technical areas of expertise, project planning, execution, business development activities, and client relationship management.
Requirements

Qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia certification (or equivalent), experienced in general civil projects with strong links to the Australian Defence sector.
