Lead Water Planning Specialist

At Stantec, we are seeking a talented Lead Water Planning Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in our QLD water business. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and experience in water supply planning, sewerage planning, recycled water planning and hydraulic modeling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead the development of water supply plans for servicing growing populations within geographies serviced by clients.
  • • Conduct water balance studies and GIS assessments to identify infrastructure and operational interventions required for efficient water resource management.
  • • Utilize hydraulic network models, water balance models and GIS assessment tools to assess water, sewerage and recycled system capacities and identify solutions to constraints and issues.
  • • Develop data-driven forecasts for water demand, load and sustainability measures.
