Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service/Client Management Specialist to join our team.
About the Job
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on client management and administration, including creating and maintaining accurate documentation for client databases.
You will also collaborate with various departments to finalize new business opportunities and ensure timely updates to client details.

Requirements
For this role, we are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
You should have experience in an office/client service environment, with strong computer skills and the ability to multitask.
Able to engage with clients and team members about a range of topics, with a strong interest in learning and developing as a professional.
Team Player with a Flexible and Adaptive Attitude.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of insurance or superannuation, but this is not essential.
