We're seeking a skilled Visualisation and Reporting Analyst to join our Business Reporting team, working closely with diverse teams across stores and the support office to understand business drivers and performance metrics.

The successful candidate will design and implement analytical reporting dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Databricks, working with engineers to model, reshape, and prepare data for optimal visualisation performance. As part of the central reporting function, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing our analytical delivery tools, promoting the use of data visualisation and storytelling to inform decision-making throughout the business.

We're looking for a Visualisation and Reporting Analyst with demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards and reports, as well as experience with data visualisation and querying tools such as Power BI and SQL. You'll need a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences in a succinct and accessible way.

As a key member of our Business Reporting team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing and implementing new reporting dashboards to improving existing ones. You'll be working closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that our reporting capabilities meet their needs and expectations.
