Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Roof Plumbing Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will assist senior roof plumbers in the installation and repair of roof plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing and repairing roof plumbing systems, including gutters, downpipes, and roof flashing.
  • Learn to interpret and follow building plans and specifications under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Gain practical experience in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Learn about workplace health and safety practices and adhere to industry standards.
  • Attend TAFE training sessions as required to complete formal qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and motivation to learn the trade of roof plumbing.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools (preferred but not essential).
