The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Asia Pacific. This is a client-facing, business and technical position responsible for all aspects of managing production of Charles River IMS systems as part of the Charles River Software as a Service (SaaS)/Managed Services offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level remote management, administration and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions.
  • Analyze customer usage of the system to provide workflow or process recommendations and improvements.
  • Support planning, priorities and issue management.
  • Project management assistance for services projects.
  • User administration/privileges.
  • Parameter configuration changes.
  • System availability.
  • Application and database performance tuning.
  • Daily operational processing monitoring and support.
  • Charles River IMS and database software patches.
  • Charles River IMS version upgrades.
  • Assistance with problem support and resolution.
  • Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery assistance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
  • Experience with Financial Services Investment Management, Trading or related systems highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to partner with various internal departments to deliver superior customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, technical troubleshooting skills, and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical care, insurance, and savings plans.
