Primary Care Specialist

A Family Practitioner role is available to deliver outreach services in Sooke, British Columbia.
The successful candidate will provide primary care and episodic medical services to adults and children impacted by poverty, colonization, stigma, and homelessness.
- Deliver outreach primary care and episodic medical services to clients at the Sooke Food Bank and Sooke Shelter.
- Provide both OAT (opioid agonist treatment) and primary care services to a broad range of clients.
- Receive support from a primary care RN, an MHSU RN and a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) as part of the care team.
