About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Skincare Business Manager to join our team at Kiehl's.

Job Description
  • Drive sales growth by achieving Plan and Key Metric Performance goals.
  • Communicate daily sales goals and KPIs to the KCR team, promoting activity and engagement.
  • Lead by example with exceptional customer service, demonstrating expertise in skincare products.
  • Observe sales interactions and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain, develop, and oversee the Customer Registry Program.
  • Train and motivate KCRs, ensuring they meet high standards of customer service.
  • Attend seminars and training management meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Actively participate in outreach programs to attract new customers and drive business into the store.
  • Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of skincare products and application techniques.
  • Support new customer acquisition through personalized skincare consultations and customized experiences.
  • Maintain the counter quality and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Kiehl's products and current beauty/skincare trends.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Boutique Manager and other KCRs to achieve set sales targets.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Management experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Skincare experience preferred.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Experience in retail with a focus on five-star customer service.
  • A passion for providing a unique customer experience.
  • A keen interest in skincare and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative attitude.
