We are seeking a skilled and experienced Court Reporter to join our team in Helena, Montana.

• Capture and preserve verbatim records of court proceedings using computerized recording equipment or stenograph machines.
• Set up and operate recording equipment in various locations, including courtrooms and conference rooms.
• Maintain accurate records of court proceedings and ensure the integrity of the verbatim record.
• Transcribe, proofread, and distribute official transcripts to stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the judge and communicate with litigants and the public as needed.

• Experience as a Court Reporter in a courtroom setting.
• Ability to maintain high levels of concentration and attentiveness in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with computerized court reporting technology.
