Job Title: Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

You will also collect money on COD deliveries and pick up customer returns. Additionally, you will maintain and operate store vehicles to ensure they are clean, maintained, and ready for use at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collect money on COD deliveries and pick up customer returns.
  • Maintain and operate store vehicles to ensure they are clean, maintained, and ready for use at all times.
  • Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
  • A valid state driver's license and a driving record that meets our 14/18-point system.

Working Conditions
