Chief Deal Negotiator

This is a challenging role within the Government & Special Projects team. The Commercial Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and reducing risk.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft, review, negotiate, execute, and monitor contracts and contract variations.

• Manage the contract lifecycle including crafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and monitoring contracts and contract variations.
• Provide contractual oversight of new client proposals.
• Meet critical deliverables and milestones and assist with contracted deliverables.
• Drive compliance to contractual obligations, legal standards, and governance framework.
• Identify and resolve commercial and contractual issues across organisational levels.

• A confident communicator who can engage with everyone—from frontline teams to execs and government stakeholders—with clarity and impact.
• Contract-savvy and commercially sharp, with experience in procurement, negotiation, drafting, and resolving complex contract issues.
• A project-ready mindset with strong program management skills and the ability to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
