Production Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our high-energy CPI Manufacturing and Fabrication team.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You will also play a key role in managing shifting priorities and driving team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or associate degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience, and proven experience in production, project, or site management. Strong knowledge of panel builds, switchboards, or industrial electrical systems is essential.

  • Lead and coordinate workshop operations to deliver high-quality electrical panels
  • Manage production schedules and align output with project timelines and requirements
  • Oversee procurement activities and ensure materials are available when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tender reviews, planning, and project delivery
  • Monitor job progress, track costs, and provide regular performance reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, safety, and operational effectiveness
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of production team members
