Collarcare® is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in our aged care facilities and retirement villages.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional clinical care to residents, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and resident assessments.
- Implement infection control and prevention measures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Provide palliative care, restorative care, and pain management services to residents.
- Assist in the admission process and support residents and their families during the transition.
- Liaise with residents' families, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree and valid AHPRA registration.
- Current COVID vaccination and annual flu vaccination.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Minimum 6 months of full-time experience working in aged care as an RN in Australia.
- Experience as a nurse in charge and/or working in regional locations is highly desirable.
- Current Police Check (under 12 months old) and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain.
