Job Title: Senior Network Engineer Position Available

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team as part of our technology operations.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engineering operations and will participate in all aspects from design to testing and implementation.

Primary responsibilities include delivering operational and business initiative outcomes.

Technical support will be provided to your team and other IT product teams to deliver services and changes across our IT ecosystem.

Develop and implement technical solutions for network infrastructure and services.

Manage and support all network-related infrastructure.

Contribute to the recovery of services in the event of failure and manage vendor relationships.

Promote adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Analyse root-cause issues and incidents with internal and external parties.

Work closely with customers (business, software vendors, and partners) and participate in all aspects of IT operations.

Extensive experience in technical implementation, IT infrastructure/network, and cloud technologies is required.

A good knowledge of firewall configurations, intrusion detection, and cybersecurity best practices is necessary.

Azure, VMware, and SD-WAN technologies are essential skills.

Hands-on experience in writing scripts with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for network automation is also required.

Ability to analyse network issues using tools like Wireshark and SolarWinds is necessary.
