We are seeking a dedicated Personal Carer to join our team at Signature Care Operations in Langwarrin, VIC. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care and be able to provide high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents. As a Personal Carer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also communicate with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met and provide emotional support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Communicating with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer not-for-profit salary packaging options, above award salaries, brand new home, free on-site parking, and more.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people
  • Current Influenza vaccination and evidence of 3 COVID vaccinations
