About You

  • A degree-qualified Structural Engineer with a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand construction standards.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Highly developed English written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of facades and panels is a plus, but not essential.
  • A positive, driven, and determined individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Carry out hands-on structural analysis to ensure the integrity and safety of our products.
  • Prepare reports and conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of technical standards and regulations to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • Perform other tasks as defined by the General Manager Engineering.
