Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment, to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our tools and machinery.
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Communicate daily activities and any issues that arise to the rest of the team using approved communication protocols.
- Perform surface preparation, painting, and minor repairs to maintain the appearance and integrity of our hotel facilities.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair a range of equipment, including plumbing, electrical components, and guestroom items.
- Program TVs and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
- Use the Lockout/Tagout system to ensure safe maintenance practices.
- Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping, as well as external sprinkler systems.
