Personal Care Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Attendant at Murray Gardens Retirement Village in East Albury NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support residents in their daily activities, including personal care, continence management, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with the Village Manager to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of daily meals and special functions for our residents.
  • Manage laundry tasks for residents as required, maintaining their comfort and hygiene.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain).
  • Demonstrated experience in the role and industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment, including Drug and Alcohol Testing.
