Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Oshc Assistant Educator to join our team at Macquarie College in Newcastle.

  • Before School Care: 6:30 AM-8:30 AM
  • After School Care: 2:30 PM-6:00 PM
  • Holiday care for up to 6 hours

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A warm and engaging personality
  • Strong focus on child safety and awareness of mandatory reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A qualification in Children's Services (or currently studying towards) or equivalent
  • Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

As an Oshc Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and supporting children in a safe learning environment
  • Preparing and serving healthy food options
  • Creating an engaging and happy atmosphere for children
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the school community
