Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Role Overview:

A dedicated and experienced payroll professional is sought to assist a high-volume payroll team. This role offers the opportunity to maintain end-to-end payroll processes and project analysis skills while working alongside a payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting payroll data
  • Analysing payroll data
  • Understanding payroll legislation
  • Assisting with payrun approvals and supervision
  • Knowledge of complex award interpretations
  • Extensive Excel skills for manual payments and interpretation inquiries
  • Payroll analysis knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ERP payroll software
  • Knowledge of Kronos
  • High knowledge of complex EBA and award interpretations
  • Exposure to Workforce Management (not essential)
  • Analytical skills and Excel expertise
